Biographical Information
Harley Morman ~ [21st century] Canadian
Harley Morman’s visual work takes a playful approach to its examination of the social relations between art, artists, and institutions. Since 2004, Morman's artwork has shown in exhibitions and festivals across Canada, and is held in the permanent collections of the Alberta Foundation for the Arts and the Saskatchewan Arts Board, as well as public libraries and numerous private collectors. Morman earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan [2003] and an M.F.A. from the University of Lethbridge [2016], where he is currently a PhD student in Cultural, Social, and Political Thought.
