Walter Joseph Phillips ~ [1884-1963] Canadian ASA, CPE, CSPWC, MSA, RCA
Phillips, whose father was a Welsh clergyman, was born in Barton-on-Humber in Lincolnshire, England in 1884. He arrived in Winnipeg with his wife, Gladys, after spending 5 years in South Africa and then working as a teacher and commercial artist in England.
